Rescue Your Relationship from PTSD Anger
This course is for frontline workers, military and veterans who have occupational PTSD and experience anger that is difficult for them to control. That anger deeply impacts their relationships and potentially lead ruptures in separation.
This six lesson course helps you understand where the anger comes from and most importantly what you can do about it and how to ally with your partner against the anger to rescue your relationship and reduce your levels of distress and fatigue.
Does This Sound Like You?
Â
‼️ You have frequent blow-ups with your partner
‼️ You are angry around the kids
‼️ Your anger hits you without warning
‼️ You don't know how to contain it
‼️ You feel guilty for being angry all the time
Â
I Want to ChangeYou are not alone
If you are here, chances are you have asked yourself some version of this question:
What is wrong with me?
Why am I so irritable?
Why do I snap over small things?
Why can’t I just control it?
Why am I so exhausted all the time?
Here is the truth.
There is nothing “broken” about you.
What you are experiencing is a very common, very human response to prolonged stress, trauma, and emotional overload. The anger. The irritability. The fatigue. The regret afterwards. The sense that you are trying your best and still falling short.
You are not the only one living this pattern.
In fact, the people who end up here are often the same type of people:
-
Hard-working
-
Conscientious
-
Protective
-
Loyal
-
Used to coping
-
Used to pushing through
You probably handled more than most people ever see. And for a long time, you managed.
Until you couldn’t.
Imagine this...
âś… You catch yourself before blowing up
âś… People aren't walking on eggshells around you
âś… Less anger = Less exhaustion
âś… Less anger = Less guilt
âś… More harmony in relationships
