THE HEROIC COLLECTIVE
The Heroic Collective was founded by Dr Al Griskaitis and Jess O’Garr to support people with occupational PTSD, particularly frontline workers including police, military personnel, and veterans.
DR AL GRISKAITIS
Psychiatrist
I work with Police and the military/veterans and I have a track record of navigating people from the chaos of STAGE ZERO through to the peace of POST TRAUMATIC GROWTH by resolving the susceptibilities that caused the PTSD alarm state.
JESS O'GARR
Clinical Psychologist
I help people with occupational PTSD learn to alleviate their distress and move towards post-traumatic growth. I implement EMDR through a susceptibility lens to help my patients achieve peace by addressing the root causes that otherwise perpetuate their PTSD.

Together we founded thepsychcollective.com in 2019, and have informed many (over a million) on how to address distress with skills. We bring a wealth of experience in helping people with Frontline PTSD emerge from chaos to peace and growth.
