UNDERSTAND PTSD

PTSD ORIENTATION

Frontline work changes people.

Not because frontline workers are weak, sensitive, or “can’t cope”, but because the human nervous system was never designed to absorb repeated threat, moral injury, helplessness, and responsibility for life-and-death outcomes without consequence.

PTSD does not usually arrive out of nowhere.
It develops over time, through a predictable process, in predictable environments, affecting predictable systems in the brain and body.

This orientation exists to explain that process clearly — so you can understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what actually helps at each stage.

RESCUE YOUR RELATIONSHIP
FROM PTSD ANGER

A structured program to help you understand and reduce PTSD-related anger before it damages the relationships that matter most.

Designed for frontline workers, military personnel, and veterans, this program gives you practical, easy-to-use tools to recognise what’s happening in your nervous system, interrupt escalation early, and respond in a way that creates more safety and connection at home.

Across six focused lessons, you’ll learn how to work with your system instead of against it, and start shifting the patterns that leave you feeling overwhelmed, reactive, or disconnected.
