WHO THIS IS FOR:
This program is for frontline workers, military personnel, and veterans living with occupational PTSD who struggle with anger that feels hard to control and is hurting their closest relationships.
Â
WHAT YOU'LL GET FROM THIS PROGRAM:
Across six short, focused lessons, you’ll get practical tools to:
- Understand where PTSD‑related anger comes from in your brain and nervous system
- Spot early warning signs before anger escalates into an outburst
- Use simple, step‑by‑step tools to calm your system in the moment
- Work with your partner as an ally so you face the anger together, instead of against each other
- Reduce the impact of anger on your relationship and lower your day-to-day distress and fatigue
This isn’t about giving you more “work” to do. It’s a structured set of tools you can move through at your own pace and return to when you need them most.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
- You have frequent blow-ups with your partner
- You are angry around the kids
- Your anger hits you without warning
- You don't know how to contain it
- You feel guilty for being angry all the time
YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
If you are here, chances are you have asked yourself some version of this question:
- What is wrong with me?
- Why am I so irritable?
- Why do I snap over small things?
- Why can’t I just control it?
- Why am I so exhausted all the time?
Here is the truth.
There is nothing “broken” about you.
What you are experiencing is a very common, very human response to prolonged stress, trauma, and emotional overload. The anger. The irritability. The fatigue. The regret afterwards. The sense that you are trying your best and still falling short.
Â
YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE LIVING THIS PATTERN.
In fact, the people who end up here are often the same type of people:
- Hard-working
- Conscientious
- Protective
- Loyal
- Used to coping
- Used to pushing through
You probably handled more than most people ever see. And for a long time, you managed.
Until you couldn’t.
IMAGINE THIS...
- You catch yourself before blowing up
- People aren't walking on eggshells around you
- Less anger = Less exhaustion
- Less anger = Less guilt
- More harmony in relationships
